MDF Surface Finishing
We undertake MDF finishing including preparation, filling, smoothing and pre-treatments.
MDF surface coating for bare MDF materials, pre-coated surfaces as well as undertake surface re-coating can be offered.
Depending on requirements, we can apply primers followed by top-coats or single coatings as required.
MDF primers are generally high solid powders with superb filling properties with excellent sandability.
This provides a perfect base for a colour fast top coat with enhances mechanical durability.
A two pack air drying finish that is applied over a primer is offered.
Our two pack finish offers the following surface properties:
● Excellent resistance to corrosion
● Excellent resistance against chemicals
● Excellent adhesion High surface hardness
● Limited gloss stability against UV exposure
